This is a browser plugin that adds an option for an unofficial Puppy Linux search engine to the search bar. It uses this site:

Puppy Linux Search

In case you want to include this plugin by default in a custom Puppy, it's easy to do. Install it to your Firefox with this site. Then, open up /root/.mozilla/firefox/gobbldigook/searchplugins/. Inside you'll see the puppy-linux-search.xml file. Just put that into the relevant place within the new Puppy (you might want to put it in the actual firefox directory, the one in /usr/local/firefox, so that it will be an automatic default rather than part of an initial profile. Or you might want to leave the defaults alone. Just mentioning it, as it's nice to know.) Also note: That puppy-linux-search.xml file is NOT the same as the one by the same name right here on my site. The one on my site gets formatted by Firefox to form the one you see in the searchplugins/ directory. Just so you know.

By the way, if you're one of those poor unfortunate souls who simply must use IE for whatever reason, I think that this might work with IE too. I refuse to reboot into Windows just to test it though, so you're on your own for now.
